Web development
Our team for the 10 things a small business actually needs online: a site, an app, somewhere to host it, an email that ends in your domain, a domain to begin with, an SSL on it, and a person who picks up when it breaks.
Most small businesses across India end up with a site at one vendor, hosting at another, email at a third, and nobody who picks up when something breaks. We've been doing this since 2014 from our Edappal office. The people who design the site also write the WordPress or Astro code, ship the iOS and Android app, host it on our own server, set up your @yourdomain email, and answer WhatsApp when the SSL expires.

What we build
Listed below. The hosting card is what most owners care about most. That's why it's marked.
Wireframes, mockups and clickable prototypes before a single line of code.
You sign off the design in Figma; we don't surprise you at handover.
Static sites (Astro), WordPress, or custom stacks, whichever fits your business, not ours.
We'll tell you when a WordPress install is overkill, and when it isn't.
Android, iOS, or a single cross-platform build that covers both.
We'll be honest about whether you actually need an app or a faster mobile site.
Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom catalogue, picked to match your order volume and team size.
Payment gateway, GST invoicing, and inventory wired in from day one.
cPanel hosting on infrastructure we manage in-house, not a reseller setup.
When something goes down, we fix it. We don't open a ticket with someone else.
name@yourcompany.com, on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or on our hosting (cheaper).
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured at setup, so your mail doesn't land in spam.
.com, .in, .co.in, .shop, .store and the rest, registered in your company’s name, not ours.
You own the domain. Full registrar access transferred to you on request.
Free Let's Encrypt or paid wildcard / EV, whichever your business actually needs.
We renew it before it expires. You won’t see the "Not Secure" warning.
Monthly updates, backups, security patches, content edits and one ad-hoc fix per month.
A WhatsApp message reaches a real person, not a ticket queue.
Cloud-based call routing, IVR, call recording and CRM integration, for inbound and outbound teams.
Works with the phones your team already has. No PBX hardware purchase.
All prices are starting points and depend on scope. We send a written quote on WhatsApp or email before any work begins.

How a project runs
We sit down (in person at Edappal, or on a call) and write down what you need, who it's for, and what success looks like.
1–3 days
We send a fixed-price written quote on WhatsApp or email: scope, timeline, payment milestones, and what is out of scope.
1–2 days
Design first, then development. You see staging links every week and approve at each milestone.
2–8 weeks
We hand over with documentation. You can self-manage, or stay on a maintenance package — your call.

What we build with
| Stack / tool | When we reach for it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Astro 5 | Marketing sites, brochure sites, blog-first sites | Fastest pages, lowest hosting cost, easy to maintain |
| WordPress | Sites where you'll edit content yourself often, or need a plugin ecosystem | Familiar admin, huge plugin library, easy handover |
| WooCommerce | Ecommerce up to ~500 SKUs, India-payment-gateway use cases | Cheapest path to a working store, full GST support |
| Shopify | Ecommerce above ~500 SKUs, or if you want zero server maintenance | Hosted, scales without us, monthly subscription model |
| React / Next.js | Custom web apps with logged-in users, dashboards, real-time data | Strong ecosystem, hires easy if you grow your own team |
| React Native | Cross-platform apps that share 80%+ code between iOS and Android | Single codebase, near-native feel, cheaper than 2 native builds |
| Native iOS (Swift) / Android (Kotlin) | Apps with heavy hardware or platform-specific features | Used when cross-platform compromise isn't acceptable |
| cPanel / WHM (our own) | Hosting for everything we build | We control the box, we patch the box, we restore the box |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DNS, SSL, basic DDoS protection | Free tier covers most small-business needs |
| Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 | Business email when budget allows | Reliable spam filtering, calendar, drive |
FAQ
Yes. We run our own cPanel/WHM server and host most client sites on it ourselves. That means when something breaks at 9pm on a Saturday, you message us on WhatsApp and we fix it; we're not opening a support ticket with a third party. If you'd rather host elsewhere (AWS, Hostinger, your own provider), we set that up too and hand you full access.
Yes. We can register the domain in your company's name, set up business email (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or on our hosting), configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC so your mail doesn't land in spam, and install the SSL certificate, on one invoice. One team handles everything for you. You own the domain and the mailboxes. Registrar access transfers to you whenever you ask.
Around 4–6 weeks start-to-finish, assuming you can give us content (text and images) within the first 2 weeks. Design takes the first 1–2 weeks, development the next 2–3, and we keep the last week for revisions, content polish, and going live. Faster than 4 weeks is rare and usually means we've cut corners on design; we don't recommend it.
Both. WordPress is the right call when you'll be editing content yourself often, or need a plugin like WooCommerce, LearnDash or a multilingual setup. Astro (or a similar static stack) is faster, cheaper to host, and harder to break, good for brochure sites and blogs. We'll recommend whichever suits your team's editing habits, not whichever is fashionable.
Yes. We use React Native for most cross-platform projects: one codebase, both stores, around 60–70% of the cost of building 2 separate native apps. If your app needs heavy hardware features (advanced camera, AR, background location, etc.), we'll switch to native Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS). Either way, we handle Play Store and App Store submission. App Store fees, developer account fees, and review timelines are set by Google and Apple; we don't control those.
Yes: 3 package levels (Basic, Standard, Pro). All packages include monthly security updates, weekly backups, SSL renewal, uptime monitoring, and a small bucket of content-edit time per month. Higher tiers add staging-site testing, plugin updates with regression checks, and faster WhatsApp response targets. You can also pay per ticket if you don't want a recurring package, your call. Real prices are on the maintenance card above.
We start every web project in Figma: wireframes first, then mockups, then a clickable prototype you can tap through on your phone. Nothing moves to development until you've approved the Figma.
That sounds slow on day one. It's faster than rebuilding because the developer guessed wrong on day twenty. The Figma file stays in your shared workspace at handover, so any future designer (us or someone else) starts from the source, not a screenshot.
Three stacks cover almost every Kerala SMB site we build: Astro for marketing sites and blogs (fastest pages, cheapest hosting); WordPress when you'll edit content yourself weekly and need a plugin like WooCommerce or LearnDash; React or Next.js when there's a logged-in user, a dashboard, or real-time data.
For a 5-page brochure site, WordPress is overkill. We'll say so. For a content-heavy site you'll edit yourself, Astro is overkill. We'll say that too. We pick the stack that fits your team, not the one we've been wanting to try.
Most Indian SMBs don't need an app. A fast mobile site does the job at a fifth of the cost. We'll tell you which one fits before we quote. When you do need an app, we use React Native for cross-platform: one codebase, both stores, around 60–70% of the cost of two native builds.
For apps with heavy hardware features (advanced camera, background location, AR), we switch to native Kotlin or Swift. We handle Play Store and App Store submission. Apple's and Google's fees, developer-account costs, and review timelines are set by the stores. We don't control those.
Three paths, picked by order volume and team size. WooCommerce is the cheapest path to a working store and handles GST invoicing, India payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe) and inventory cleanly up to about 500 SKUs.
Shopify is hosted (no server work for you) and scales smoothly above 500 SKUs at a monthly subscription. Custom builds are rare; we recommend them only when an off-the-shelf platform genuinely can't fit (unusual catalogue structure, complex regulatory flow). We'll quote all three with honest pros and cons before you pick.
Most "Kerala web hosting" you’ll find online is a reseller selling slices of someone else’s box. Ours isn’t. We run our own cPanel/WHM server, in-house, with daily backups, free SSL via Let’s Encrypt, Cloudflare in front for CDN and basic DDoS, and an India-located data centre.
We run the server. We patch the server. We restore the server. When something goes down at 9pm on a Saturday, you message us on WhatsApp and we fix it. No support ticket queue, no 24-hour SLA, no overseas first-line desk.
Three options across a price spectrum. Webmail on our hosting is the cheapest path, fine for under-10-staff businesses. Google Workspace is the most reliable for spam filtering, calendar, and shared drives. Microsoft 365 is similar in price and quality. Pick it if you live in Outlook and Teams. WhatsApp us for the line-item quote.
All three include SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured at setup, so your mail doesn't land in spam. Mailboxes stay yours. We don't lock customers in. If you ever leave, we hand over admin access without drama.
We register your domain in your company’s name and address, never in ours. We’re listed only as the technical contact. We support all the common TLDs (.com, .in, .co.in, .org, .net, .shop, .store, .business) and most niche ones on request.
If you ever want to move the domain to another registrar, we provide the EPP/auth code within 1 working day, no questions, no fees. Domain ownership disputes are the most common service-business complaint in this category, so we surface this on-page, not buried in T&C.
For most small-business websites, free Let's Encrypt SSL is identical in browser trust to a paid certificate: same green padlock, same encryption strength, same handshake. We'll only sell you a paid SSL if there's a specific reason: legacy browser support, wildcard for multiple subdomains, or an EV certificate where a bank or regulator demands it.
We renew certificates before they expire (auto-renewal for Let’s Encrypt, scheduled reminders for paid). You won’t see the browser "Not Secure" warning on your site. Most paid-SSL marketing is fear-selling — we don’t do that.
Three package tiers (Basic, Standard, Pro) plus a pay-per-ticket option if you don't want a recurring contract. All tiers include monthly security updates, weekly backups, SSL renewal, uptime monitoring, and a small bucket of content-edit time. Higher tiers add staging-site testing, plugin regression checks, and faster WhatsApp response targets.
We send a monthly summary on WhatsApp: what we updated, what we noticed, what's coming. Maintenance is not magic. If you don't change anything on the site, nothing breaks. If you change a lot or your business grows, maintenance pays for itself.
Cloud telephony for inbound and outbound teams: IVR, call routing, call recording, CRM integration. We partner with Exotel, Knowlarity or MyOperator as the underlying provider depending on your call volume and budget; we name the provider in writing before you sign. CRM integration with Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or your custom stack.
Outbound calling in India is regulated: TRAI DLT registration and DND scrubbing are legal requirements that apply to your business, not ours. We help you register on the DLT platform and stay compliant, but the legal accountability stays with your business.
