How an engagement runs

  1. Audit

    Week 1 · ~3 working days

    We look at your existing ads, GA4 or whatever analytics you have, your Google Business Profile, your website, your CRM. We write you a 4–6 page audit. No fee for this with any retainer engagement.

    What you do: Send us read access to your accounts.

  2. Strategy

    Week 2

    One Zoom (60 min) to agree on the channels you'll run, the monthly budget split between fees and ad spend, the conversion goals, and the reporting cadence. You get the document we signed off on as a one-page PDF.

    What you do: Block 60 minutes. Decide your max ad-spend ceiling.

  3. Setup

    Week 2–3

    We build the campaigns, write the ads, set up tracking, install WhatsApp templates, write SEO briefs, whatever the scope covers. Nothing goes live until you've reviewed every creative in writing.

    What you do: Approve creatives. Provide brand assets and product photos (we'll send a checklist).

  4. Run

    Month 1 onwards

    Campaigns go live. We monitor daily for the first 2 weeks (anomaly watch), tune weekly, optimise budget allocation monthly. Click-to-WhatsApp leads land in Superfone or your CRM. We don't touch the customer.

    What you do: Reply to WhatsApp leads. Send us feedback on lead quality.

  5. Report

    Month-end, by the 5th of next month

    One PDF, one page. The 4 numbers below, plus a paragraph saying what we changed last month and what we'll change next month. If something isn't working, we say so.

    What you do: Read it. Reply with one question max (we answer the rest in the next month's report).

How we measure success

4 numbers we put on every monthly report. Plain definitions, not jargon.

  • Lead volume

    What it is:
    How many people contacted you because of paid + organic marketing in the month.
    What affects it:
    Ad spend, creative quality, search demand, seasonality.
    What "good" looks like:
    Honest answer: depends on your channel and budget. On a moderate monthly Google Ads spend in compliance services, our own account averaged 23 conversions/month over 365 days.
    Don't compare:
    Don't compare your lead volume to a different industry's. Compare month-on-month to your own baseline.
  • Cost per qualified lead (CPL)

    What it is:
    Total spend (ad spend + our fee) divided by qualified leads (the ones you'd actually try to close).
    What affects it:
    Bid strategy, audience quality, landing-page conversion rate, lead-qualification filter.
    What "good" looks like:
    For Indian SMB compliance services, getndial's own Google Ads ran at low double-digit hundreds per conversion over the last 365 days. Ask us for the live number on WhatsApp. Your industry may differ; we benchmark the first 90 days.
    Don't compare:
    A cheap CPL on Meta Lead Ads is not the same lead as a higher-cost Search CPL: the search lead is usually 5–10× more likely to convert.
  • Conversion rate

    What it is:
    Of all the people who clicked your ad or landed on your site, what % became a lead?
    What affects it:
    Landing page, ad-to-page match, form length, WhatsApp button placement, page speed.
    What "good" looks like:
    Industry-average website conversion rates for Indian SMB services sit around 2–4%. Click-to-WhatsApp typically lifts this to 4–8%. Our own account ran at 18.41% — that's high and partly down to focused Kerala intent.
    Don't compare:
    Treat conversion-rate trend over time more seriously than the absolute number.
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)

    What it is:
    Revenue earned divided by ad spend. Only meaningful if we can measure revenue (ecommerce, or you tell us monthly closed-deal value).
    What affects it:
    Average order value, close rate from lead to sale, ad efficiency.
    What "good" looks like:
    3.0× is a healthy baseline for Indian SMB services. Below 2.0× and we'll usually recommend cutting that channel.
    Don't compare:
    ROAS without lifetime value (LTV) is incomplete. We track first-90-day LTV when you give us monthly closed-deal data.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you do Meta ads or only Google ads?

Both. We run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads as separate disciplines, not one offering. Our team has historically run Meta Pixel and Google Ads Remarketing on getndial's own landing pages, both platforms in production. Most Kerala SMB clients run one of them well rather than both badly; we'll recommend which one to start with based on your audit.

Can you set up WhatsApp Business automation?

Yes. We use Superfone's WABA (WhatsApp Business API) integration to set up the official green-tick number, build broadcast templates, and run drip flows. Conversation-priced messages, Meta-approved templates, opt-in capture from your website. We don't use grey-market WhatsApp tools: they get your number banned within months.

How long until I see SEO results?

3 to 6 months for new pages to start ranking on relevant queries. 6 to 12 months for competitive head terms. If anyone promises "first-page Google in 30 days" for a competitive keyword, they're either doing paid ads (not SEO) or risking a Google penalty. We'll show you a realistic 6-month forecast in the strategy session.

Do you charge a setup fee or just a monthly retainer?

Both, depending on scope. Setup is a one-time fee covering audit, account builds, tracking installation, creative production for week 1. The monthly retainer covers ongoing management. Setup fees and retainers are quoted upfront in writing, no surprise line items mid-engagement.

Can you handle our existing GA4 + GTM accounts?

Yes. We start every engagement with a tracking audit. We can take over an existing GA4 property and GTM container, or build a new one, whichever serves your data better. We move legacy admin accounts off, install proper key events, and wire Enhanced Conversions for Leads. We've done this on our own account.

Do you provide monthly reports?

Yes: one page, by the 5th of the following month. The 4 metrics from Section 6 (lead volume, cost per qualified lead, conversion rate, ROAS where measurable), plus a paragraph on what changed last month and what we'll change next month. If a channel isn't working, the report says so; we don't pad reports to look busy.
