How an engagement runs
Week 1 · ~3 working days
We look at your existing ads, GA4 or whatever analytics you have, your Google Business Profile, your website, your CRM. We write you a 4–6 page audit. No fee for this with any retainer engagement.
What you do: Send us read access to your accounts.
Week 2
One Zoom (60 min) to agree on the channels you'll run, the monthly budget split between fees and ad spend, the conversion goals, and the reporting cadence. You get the document we signed off on as a one-page PDF.
What you do: Block 60 minutes. Decide your max ad-spend ceiling.
Week 2–3
We build the campaigns, write the ads, set up tracking, install WhatsApp templates, write SEO briefs, whatever the scope covers. Nothing goes live until you've reviewed every creative in writing.
What you do: Approve creatives. Provide brand assets and product photos (we'll send a checklist).
Month 1 onwards
Campaigns go live. We monitor daily for the first 2 weeks (anomaly watch), tune weekly, optimise budget allocation monthly. Click-to-WhatsApp leads land in Superfone or your CRM. We don't touch the customer.

Month-end, by the 5th of next month

Both. We run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads as separate disciplines, not one offering. Our team has historically run Meta Pixel and Google Ads Remarketing on getndial's own landing pages, both platforms in production. Most Kerala SMB clients run one of them well rather than both badly; we'll recommend which one to start with based on your audit.
Yes. We use Superfone's WABA (WhatsApp Business API) integration to set up the official green-tick number, build broadcast templates, and run drip flows. Conversation-priced messages, Meta-approved templates, opt-in capture from your website. We don't use grey-market WhatsApp tools: they get your number banned within months.
3 to 6 months for new pages to start ranking on relevant queries. 6 to 12 months for competitive head terms. If anyone promises "first-page Google in 30 days" for a competitive keyword, they're either doing paid ads (not SEO) or risking a Google penalty. Yes. We start every engagement with a tracking audit. We can take over an existing GA4 property and GTM container, or build a new one, whichever serves your data better. We move legacy admin accounts off, install proper key events, and wire Enhanced Conversions for Leads. We've done this on our own account.
Yes: one page, by the 5th of the following month. The 4 metrics from Section 6 (lead volume, cost per qualified lead, conversion rate, ROAS where measurable), plus a paragraph on what changed last month and what we'll change next month. If a channel isn't working, the report says so; we don't pad reports to look busy.
