How we respond
First-touch timing depends on the channel. WhatsApp messages get a reply in under 10 minutes during business hours, and a reply at 09:30 the next working day if sent outside hours. Voice calls reach a person on first ring during business hours; if the on-call team is in a meeting, you get a callback within 15 minutes. Emails get an auto-confirmation immediately and a substantive response within 24 working hours. The form on this page routes to a senior team member rather than the on-call WhatsApp line.
Initial replies come from the on-call team: 3 rotating consultants who can answer basic questions across all 6 service pillars. If your enquiry is complex, they pull in the right specialist inside the same conversation. Barcode and ISO have one team, legal filings another, web and design and marketing a third. You will not be transferred between channels or asked to re-explain your situation to a new person.
On the first call we ask 3 things: the service you need, the business size and stage so we can quote correctly, and your timeline. WHAT TO INCLUDE
If you tell us these 3 things upfront, we can quote and timeline you on the first reply with no back-and-forth. None of this is mandatory, but it shortens the discovery loop from days to minutes.
1. The service, named directly.
"GST registration for a new sole proprietorship" beats "I need help with compliance." If you are not sure which service applies, that is fine. Say what you are trying to do (sell on Flipkart, open a restaurant, export spices to Saudi Arabia) and we will map it to the right paperwork.
2. The business size and stage.
Number of employees, annual turnover band (under ₹1.5 cr / ₹1.5–10 cr / over ₹10 cr), state of registration, and whether you are a sole proprietor, partnership, LLP, or private limited company. A lot of services have small / medium / large pricing brackets. Knowing this on the first message avoids a follow-up exchange.
3. The deadline, if any.
Government decisions take what they take, but knowing your real deadline lets us flag what is tight and what is not. A buyer asking for a Halal certificate by next month is a different timeline conversation than one with no specific date in mind.
If you already have documents prepared (PAN, GST certificate, board resolution, IEC code), attaching them to the first message saves another exchange. Please send PDFs only; we do not accept Word or JPG for compliance filings.
