How we work
A 30-minute WhatsApp or call where we ask about your business, your customers and what you have already tried. We look at what you have in market today (signage, invoices, social handles) before we agree the scope.
Same week as your enquiry
We send back a one-page brand brief: who you serve, what you stand for, what your competitors look like, and what your brand needs to do. You approve it before any design work starts. No surprises after this point.
3–5 working days after Discovery
3 directions, never one. Each direction is a logo concept, a colour pair, and a sample touchpoint (say, a business card or a hoarding) so you can see the brand applied, not floating in a white frame.
7–10 working days after Strategy sign-off
Once you pick a direction, we build it out: full logo set, source files, brand guideline, and whichever applied assets are in your scope (brochure, video, hoarding, web). 2 rounds of revisions included in the fee.
2–4 working weeks depending on scope
Once your brand is in market we offer a check-in at 30 days and 90 days (usually on WhatsApp) to fix the small things you only spot once the brand is being used. Source files are transferred on final payment, regardless of whether you book the check-in.

A note on pricing
Creative pricing depends on scope: a logo-only project, a full brand identity, and a brand-plus-video bundle are 3 different engagements. Once we have your scope on WhatsApp, you receive a written quote with the fee, the timeline in working days, the revision rounds included, and exactly what is and is not in the deliverable. No "starting from" footnotes that move at invoice time.
FAQ
Both. A logo-only project gives you the mark in 3 formats with source files. A full brand identity adds the colour system, type pairing, usage rules, business card, letterhead, social profile set, and a short brand guideline PDF. We will tell you up front which one your stage of business actually needs. A 2-year-old shop with one branch probably needs the logo. A restaurant opening its second outlet probably needs the full identity. We say so on the discovery call.
3 to 4 working weeks for a logo-only project, from kick-off WhatsApp to final source files. A full brand identity runs 5 to 7 working weeks. We share a written schedule on day one with the milestone dates so you can plan around it, for example, lining up Onam launches or a Trade Expo deadline.
Yes. Rebrands cost more than first-time brands because we audit what is already in market, your existing collateral, signage, GST invoices, social handles, and tell you what to keep, what to retire, and what to redo. We will not redesign a logo without that audit, because a redesign without context is just a different logo, not a better one.
Yes. Illustrator .ai for print, Figma library for digital, layered .psd where relevant, plus exported .svg, .png and .pdf. Source files are yours on final payment. We do not lock you into us. If you change agencies in 2 years, you walk out with everything.
Yes, as a monthly retainer, separate from the branding project. The branding project gives you the templates and rules. The retainer is the people who run the templates. Most clients start the retainer one month after launch. Pricing on the digital marketing page.
