Get N Dial Info Service Pvt Ltd is a consultancy. We don't ship physical retail products. The bulk of what we deliver (barcode files, ISO certificates, GST registration acknowledgements, trademark filings, design files, website handovers) is digital and reaches you by email or WhatsApp. Where a service genuinely requires physical paperwork (a few legal filings and a handful of certification-body paper copies), we ship by registered post or courier. This page explains both, so you know what to expect on every service.

Government queues, certification-body audit calendars, and courier timelines are outside our control. We flag any expected delay on WhatsApp as soon as we see it.

3. Physical shipment, where it happens

A few certification bodies and registries still issue paper certificates. When they do, the body posts them directly to your registered address using India Post Speed Post or a private courier; we are not the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery windows:

Shipping charges, where any apply, are included in our consolidated invoice and listed separately. You will not be asked to pay courier-on-delivery charges to the postman or courier executive.

4. Address accuracy

Government certificates and certification-body paper copies are shipped to the registered business address you provide during onboarding. Please verify the address, including PIN code, before paying. If a re-shipment is required because the original address was incorrect, the third-party courier/registry charges (re-issuance or re-delivery fees) are passed through to you at cost.

5. Tracking

For digital deliverables, you receive an email when the file leaves our office and a WhatsApp ping at the same time. For physical certificates, we share the courier tracking number (where one is issued by the registry or certification body) on WhatsApp within 1 working day of dispatch. India Post Speed Post tracking is available on indiapost.gov.in; private-courier tracking links are shared as the courier provides them.

6. International delivery

We serve businesses registered in India. Digital deliverables can be accessed from anywhere in the world; physical paper copies, where a certifying body issues them, are shipped only to Indian addresses. If you need international shipping (for example, to share a HALAL certificate with a Gulf importer), tell us at engagement kick-off and we will arrange and quote international courier separately.

7. Lost or delayed shipments

If a digital deliverable hasn't reached you within the stated window, message us on WhatsApp at +91 8593 888 837 and we re-send it within 1 working hour during business hours. For physical shipments that exceed the upper bound of the timelines in section 3, we coordinate with the issuing body or courier on your behalf to locate or re-issue. Where a courier loss is confirmed and a re-issuance fee applies, we cover the cost if the original address provided was correct.

8. Refund interactions

Shipping itself is not separately refundable, but where a paid government or certification fee has not yet been disbursed and you cancel the engagement, the disbursement portion is refunded per our Refund Policy. Once a third-party fee has been paid on your behalf to a government portal or certification body, it is not refundable from us, because we no longer hold it.
