About Get N Dial

Get N Dial Info Service Pvt Ltd is a technology and compliance services company founded in Edappal, Kerala in 2014. We started because Indian shop-owners and small manufacturers were paying for compliance certificates they didn't need, and not getting the ones they did. We don't think that's a clever business model. Today we serve clients across India with offices in Edappal and Kochi (Vyttila). Engagements are scoped per project, we name the timeline in working days, and we tell you when a service won't work for your situation. That's the whole pitch.

Dileep A is CEO of Get N Dial Info Service Pvt Ltd. He started the company in 2014 from a small office on Thrissur Road, Edappal, working with local Malappuram MSMEs who needed barcode and FSSAI registration done without the usual back-and-forth with consultants based in Kochi or Bengaluru. Get N Dial itself is ISO 9001:2015 certified, which is the same standard the team sets up for clients.

12 years on, the team has handled compliance and growth work for 900+ businesses across Kerala, the neighbouring states, and (through the Kochi office) clients across 10+ countries in the wider GCC export trade. The service mix has grown to 6 service pillars (barcode, ISO, business-legal filings, web, branding and digital marketing), but the daily promise hasn't changed: do the paperwork properly, name a real timeline before we start, and pick up the phone when something needs sorting.

Dileep is also founder of Vexolix Pvt Ltd, the technology company behind RingMe, a QR and NFC-based contact-sharing tool for everyday and emergency use. He co-founded Founders Circle, a community for Kerala-based founders that runs regular meet-ups in Kochi and Calicut.

Why we exist

The Kerala compliance market runs on opacity. Most service providers won't quote a price until you've handed over your phone number. They use "Get a quote" because the price moves based on who's asking. They sell "lifetime validity barcodes" to people who needed a GS1 India registration and won't find that out until Amazon rejects their seller account. They sell ISO certificates without explaining the difference between an IAF-accredited body and a non-accredited one. The customer pays the cost of that opacity.

We started Get N Dial to do the opposite. Every project scoped. Fees quoted in writing before you commit. The timeline is in integers ("18 working days") not adjectives ("fast"). If your supermarket buyer in Riyadh needs a GS1 India-registered barcode, we'll tell you on the phone, and we'll send you to gs1india.org, which is not us. Naming the limit is part of the work. The trade is that customers who do fit our services know exactly what they're getting.

For most Indian SMBs, "compliance" is a tax, not a strategy. We try to make it cheaper, faster, and clearer than it is at the average filings agency. Fixed fees on every service. Replies on WhatsApp in business hours, usually within 10 minutes. A real address in Edappal, real phone numbers that pick up, and a team that speaks Malayalam at home and English at work. That's it. That's the company.

How we work

4 principles, and we are public about all of them.

These are the rules we wrote down when we started Get N Dial in 2014, and the rules clients can hold us to today.

1. Name the price before you commit

Every engagement is quoted in writing before you pay: one fee, named upfront, on WhatsApp. When a project is complex enough that the price depends on inputs, we say what the inputs are and what the band looks like before work starts.

2. Name the timeline in working days

"Fast" is not a timeline. We say 18 working days, 4 days, or 12 weeks. If a government office slows us down — and they do — we tell you on the day, not at the end.

3. Refuse the wrong fit

If a service will not solve your problem, we say so on the first call. We have turned down barcode registrations, ISO upgrades, and a few web projects this year for exactly this reason. We would rather lose a sale than ship work that does not help.

4. Sign our work

Real names on the engagement. A registered address in Edappal. Phone numbers that answer. A Grievance Officer (Ajeesh Madhavan) named on the site and reachable by email. Accountability is the baseline, not a feature.

We are a Kerala business serving Kerala businesses. The team is in Edappal, between Thrissur and Malappuram on the Kunnamkulam–Ponnani route, and most of our clients are within a 200-km radius. That matters for 2 practical reasons.

Local language support

Our WhatsApp and phone replies are in Malayalam, Manglish, or English depending on what you start the conversation in. We do not have a Mumbai call-centre script. The person who picks up understands "documents room-il vannu eduthu kondu pora" without a translation app.

Local market knowledge

A textile retailer in Edappal, a restaurant in Manjeri, a spice exporter in Kozhikode, and a SaaS founder in Kochi need different services and different paperwork. We have shipped all 4. Kerala's regulatory landscape (district industries centres, Khadi board approvals, FSSAI Kerala office practices, Bureau of Indian Standards Cochin region timelines) is muscle memory for us, not something we Google.

A documented process is what gets your file across the line.

Get N Dial holds ISO 9001:2015 certification as a consultancy: the same standard our certification clients pursue. In practice, that means every engagement runs through the same documented intake, the same checklist of supporting documents, and the same internal sign-off before submission. When a barcode application or a GST registration sits on a particular consultant's desk and that consultant is on leave, the file does not stall; the next person picks it up from the checklist. The certificate is on the wall. The systems behind it are what your application actually depends on.
